HELP Log In
FIRST TIME? If you did not receive your Username and Password in an email from the bowling club you will need to reset these.
HOW TO DO THIS
0. You need to be in "Member Registration".
1. CLICK "Username & Password" in the TOP RIGHT Corner.
2. TYPE your email address (the one you gave to the bowling club) into the text box UNDER the words EMAIL ADDRESS.
3. CLICK "Submit".
4. CHECK your email inbox for an email from "Memorial Bowls Club Alice Springs Inc - Help Desk"
5. The email will have your current Username and Password. REMEMBER / WRITE these down for five minutes until we can change them.
6. Go back to the Member's Registration Log In
7. Use the Username & Password you just wrote down, to LOG IN.
8. GREAT! You are now logged in BUT lets now change those username and password to something you want and can remember!
CHANGE USERNAME & PASSWORD
1. CLICK "Member Update" (Left top corner)
2. CHECK your details are correct OR/ update them as needed.
3. Go down to "ACCESS" (about half way down)
4. Suggest USERNAME first name DOT last name EXAMPLE ( firstname.lastname )
5. Create a PASSWORD you wont forget. Mother's Maiden Name, First pets name etc.
6. CLICK "Update" at the bottom of the page.
7. Congratulations: You are updated, logged in and now finished.
NO EMAIL ADDRESS SUPPLIED OR ATTACHED TO YOUR MEMBER INFO?
You need to contact the club firstname.lastname@example.org and supply an email address
